Nintendo offers an early taste of Bayonetta 2 with a demo in Europe and North America

Ahead of the game’s Western release on 24th October, Nintendo’s released a demo of Platinum Games’ Bayonetta 2 via the Wii U eShop – which is available to download now in both Europe and North America.

The game’s eShop page reveals that a digital copy of the game will set you back £39.99, and require 17.5GB of free space on your Wii U’s internal memory or attached hard drive.

It also reveals that you’ll be able to use your Wii U Pro Controller or Wii Classic Controller to play the game – in addition to the Wii U GamePad, which offers optional touch screen controls.

And for the purists, Bayonetta 2 is playable in Japanese, along with the usual English, Spanish, French, German and Italian translations – in Europe at least.
