Majora’s Mask assist trophy revealed for Smash Bros.

Since the revelation of the new Smash Bros. games, we’ve only really been shown the fighters and stages, but as the release year for the games draws ever closer, we’re starting to see other extras revealed. This time we see Skull Kid from Majora’s Mask making his appearance as an assist trophy. Game director Masahiro Sakurai revealed this in a Miiverse post, telling us playable fighters will only be revealed on the official website. So don’t forget to keep an eye on further Miiverse posts for more updates.

At first we saw the  N64 classic make its minor presence in the latest Zelda release, A Link Between Worlds, and now Skull Kid in Smash Bros. We all know what this means… Majora’s Mask remake imminent! Just kidding, but like the rest of you, we’re still ever hopeful.
